Chilled MacStachios

This is an experiment that had gone delicious!
The recipe resembles the Original MacStachio,
but has a coconut butter core and is laced with hazelnut!

Unlike the Original MacStachio,
that is delicious to eat straight out of the freezer,
this Chilled version is best experienced chilled.


When I said chilled, I mean it!
Take it out of the freezer, where it should be stored,
and leave it to thaw for 10 minutes...
then, and only then... is it truly delicious!

I made a few changes to the recipe,
like a coconut butter core and the hazelnut inside of it.
Also, the nut butter mix of Macadamia and Pistachio,
was rolled in cocoa nibs and hazelnut shreds.
Instead of chocolate covering,
I rolled the MacStachio balls in coconut flour I made, yum!
